Inici\u00f3 su trayectoria en el \u00e1mbito culinario laborando como ayudante de cocina en uno de los hoteles m\u00e1s destacados de Canc\u00fan. Trabajando junto a destacados chefs del pa\u00eds fue enriqueciendo sus conocimientos, decidi\u00f3 fortalecer su preparaci\u00f3n al concretar estudios de gastronom\u00eda en el Instituto Livier de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, tuvo la oportunidad de desenvolverse laboralmente en restaurantes de Canc\u00fan, Holbox y Bacalar para seguir perfeccionando sus t\u00e9cnicas y su estilo. Ahora Erick llega a Mistura para compartir su conocimiento de la cocina mexicana tradicional aprovechando los ingredientes locales para resaltar el sabor de cada uno de los platillos ofrecidos en
